ACHIEVERS ADULT LEARNER PROGRAM ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT

This Enrollment Agreement is made between the undersigned Adult Learner ("Student") and Achievers Tutoring LTD, Inc. (Achievers Tutoring LTD), collectively referred to as "the Parties," for the purpose of enrolling the Student in the Achievers Tutoring LTD program. The execution of this Agreement by the Student signifies acceptance of its terms and conditions as outlined below.

The Following Conditions Must Be Met

TERMS OF ENROLLMENT

1. Tuition:

   The tuition fee is $300 – $450 USD per student for the initial three-month enrollment period. Payment may be made in full at the time of enrollment or through monthly installments of $100 to $150. Full payment is required within this period, by either method.

2. Admission Policy:

   Enrollment requires a minimum commitment of 12 weeks (three months). The Student, by signing this Agreement, acknowledges their financial responsibility for the full tuition of the initial period, agreeing to the stipulated charge, with subsequent billing on a monthly basis thereafter.

3. Method of Payment:

   Payments are accepted via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) only.

4. Due Date:

   Tuition will be automatically charged to the Student’s designated payment method every 30 days from the date of registration.

5. Refund Policy:

   Tuition fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid.

6. Early Termination:

   If the Student opts to terminate the enrollment before the end of the agreed term, they must pay the remaining balance in full upon notice of cancellation. After the contract term, a 30-day notice is required, with a final payment of $200 per student.

7. Absence Policy:

   No make-up sessions are offered for missed classes. Students must notify Achievers Tutoring LTD staff in advance for known absences to arrange for homework assignments. For unexpected absences, Achievers Tutoring LTD must be notified promptly.

8. Homework Completion:

   Students are responsible for completing all assigned homework and attending scheduled sessions, ensuring quality participation in the program.

9. Withdrawal Policy:

   A 30-day written notice is required for withdrawal. A final payment will be charged upon withdrawal. Early withdrawal requires full payment of the 3-month term. Re-enrollment is subject to current policies and rates.

10. Agreement Acknowledgment:

    I solemnly acknowledge that this Agreement signifies my voluntary enrollment in a service provided by Achievers Tutoring LTD. With full understanding, I give my informed consent to abide by all the terms and conditions articulated herein. I expressly affirm my commitment to the financial aspect of this agreement. I willingly agree to the stipulated transaction amount and understand that the charges detailed in this contract are binding. I acknowledge my responsibility for the entire amount, irrespective of any perceived disparity in the quality of goods or services. No credit will be extended in this regard. My comprehensive awareness of the contents of this agreement and the ensuing transaction is absolute. I willingly grant authorization for the execution of this contract, assuring that it is free from any fraudulent intent. By affixing my signature, I confirm my understanding and consent to each condition articulated herein. I am cognizant that Achievers Tutoring LTD is poised to provide its services, and I acknowledge this commitment. Importantly, I recognize that my financial obligation persists, even in the event that I do not attend classes for any reason, thus necessitating the full settlement of the outstanding balance. I commit to discharging this financial obligation in its entirety, irrespective of the extent to which I utilize the services that I signed up for.
